Hardware FAQsNo Sound From Interactive Flat Panel
Step 1: Check if the device sound is muted.
Step 2: The volume setting is at minimum level, adjust the volume.
Step 3: Audio cable connection is poor/damage. Reconnect it
No Display
Step 1: Ensure the power supply is proper to the device
Step 2: Check if power on/off switch on backside of device (near power cable insertion point) is switched ON
Step 2: If the display signal cable connection is poor then change a good signal cable
Remote Control Doesn't Work
Step 1: Remote Control pointed in wrong direction
Step 2: Battery wrong polarity. Reset the polarity
Step 3: Run out of battery. Change to new battery cells.
Interactive Flat Panel Switch Off Automatically
In most of the circumstances, only the display gets turned off; however it is actually running in stand-by mode.
In order to save the energy, the panel will automatically turn off its display once left idle.
You can wake up the display by pressing on the power button or tapping on the screen
Software FAQsCan I customize Android theme and Wallpaper on my Interactive Flat Panel?
Yes. Click on the corresponding theme image/wallpaper to switch different theme
Wireless Network Speed
We have 2.5G & 5G WIFI module built inside and integrated with motherboard. WIFI speed depends on actual internet speed from router type used and your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
Depending upon motherboard version and overall design structure, there might be external antennas for effective WIFI connectivity, ensure that there are attached correctly
Can I customize default boot channel mode?
Yes, under 'settings' you can customize and select a way you want Interactive Flat Panel to boot during start-up viz. Android or Windows
Can I lock Interactive Flat Panel after usage?
Yes, depending on version of motherboard; available options are user defined password, USB lock, screen lock, touch lock etc.
How to install updates to Android Operating System in Interactive Flat Panel?
